Halden is 2 months old!!

I can't believe how fast time flies! Sometimes the days feel long, but suddenly my little bundle of joy is huge! When we take him out everyone comments on how cute and small he is, but all I think is ummmm, no. He's getting big. haha And on Sunday a lady in the ward picked up her little 2 week old baby and Halden seemed like a giant next to him!! But when it's all said and done he's still my cute cuddly little baby, and I think he always will be :)

So 2 months
-He still LOVES his playmat!! If he's having a rough day, as long as he is fed, warmly clothed and a fresh diaper, I can put him on that thing and he cheers right up! We took it camping and he laid on it for nearly half the day!
-We haven't given him a bath in weeks because he still loves his showers so much! He's to the point where he hears the water turn on and gets a little bit excited!! But his disappointment shows when it's not his turn :(
-He still eats ALL THE TIME. Like, at LEAST every 2 hours, sometimes sooner. That is only between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM though.
-At night he sleeps amazingly well still. He usually goes down between 7:30 and 9 PM and is awake for the day around 8:30-9:30 AM. In between those hours he usually only wakes up once between 3-5 and will usually go right back down after eating (sometimes it can take up to an hour though). He loves falling asleep to moms terrible singing voice at night.
-Outside is his calm place. If he's fussy we just walk out the door and all is well with the world.
-He is smiling SO much now! If you start talking to him he'll sometimes babble back..especially with me. He's tried to laugh as few times but it sounds more like he's sucking in his breath really loud. haha
-He still likes his binky, but isn't so great at keeping it in his mouth
-Rarely cries still, but when he does he has a reason! I think he gets a little bit of reflux at night around 7 so he usually gets a little fussy.

Overall he is still just a perfect little baby! We love him so much!! Now for the pictures...

Halden @1 Month

At 1 Month, Halden is still a fabulous baby. He usually only wakes up once at night to eat and then he falls right back to sleep as long as I rock and sing him to sleep. For his 1 month birthday I pulled out a play mat that charli got us for Christmas, and oh my goodness. He loves it. He'll just lay under the bars and swat at them for as long as he is awake! He is also loving his binki still, but struggles to keep it in his mouth. Also, we found out that showers are the way to go with this little guy. He does not like baths. Although he didn't scream with his last one, he still had a furrowed brow the entire time. So one day we decided to let him shower with Tyler and he loves it. He loves when you put his head under the water; he'll just close his eyes and stick out his little tongue. When you pull him out from under the water, he starts kicking his little feet and gets a grin on his cute face....speaking of grinning, he's learning to do that too! He doesn't like smiling for mom yet, but when dad gets home he can usually get a few out of him! Now for some pictures...
